Generation Zi is a good RPG that has been around for a while. You follow a story when you play and you can custom your zoids (within reason) and you can get organoids, etc.
Zoids After Era This is a very old zoids RPG that has many features. This RPG is based around the time after Bit Cloud's death. You pick your zoid, your team, etc. You must give an example of your role playing to join a team.
This RPG is relatively new within about a year or so. (Its almost as old as Masters of Zi). It has many features and should be able to satisfy most people who like a good RPG.
Liger's Union is a zoids fansite that has DVD screenshots, a well designed fanart system, and many more features.
Momonga is a basic fansite with a zoids dictionary, manga, a list of model kits, etc.
Creative Insanity is a zoids model site that has a lot of info on the model kits of zoids. There are pictures and a lot of info on them, also Tilly has a battle story on her site.
Blade Liger's Refuge is a zoids fansite based around the Chaotic Century Series. It has a lot of info on the characters and quite a few of the zoids. It also has info on Velg's model kits (she has a lot of them).

Zoids Poison is a zoids community that is based in Singapore. It has a forum community that is many thousand members strong. They are very active and they have contests every year.
This is a relatively old site that has quite a bit on model kits and other stuff. This site is mostly just about all the zoids products out there. Good for those of you who wanna know what there is out there in zoids merchandise.
